Every great organization is built by great people. However, all of us usually start at the same place when we enter the work force – we start at the bottom and work our way up.  Successful people in all walks of life are made. They have learned how to be successful through study, trial and error, experience, and hard work. The success of Palm Beach Realty Advisors is dependent upon the success of each and every one of our employees and agents. To this end we put our agents through our exclusive professional training courses. It is our goal to make you a superstar in real estate and we will give you the tools to accomplish this. Through our comprehensive training we give weekly seminars on best business practices, motivational inspiration and a variety of topics that will help increase your production and your bottom line.

If you are unlicensed, we will work with you to get licensed and guide you in the right direction. Once you pass the State exam, you will be placed in the firm’s intensive training program, Known as “Realty Boot Camp”. In Boot Camp you will learn everything your need to know to become the next real estate superstar. During your training you will be involved in all aspects of being a successful real estate agent. Within 30 days you will be closing sales and writing business – providing, that you follow through with everything you are taught.
